 Aaj kal hum sab ke liye junk aur oily food bohot hi easily accessible hain. Fast food joints, street food stalls, aur ready-to-eat snacks har jagah milte hain. Lekin, kya aap jante hain ki ye khana sirf apne taste buds ko hi nahi, balki apni sehat ko bhi bohot zyada nuqsan pohanchata hai?
